Initially ordered size based on my wrist size and it was too big so I contacted Ownloop and they sent me a new band and didn’t even require me to send the wrong size back. I love these woven wristbands. They are so comfortable and easy to get on and off. Truly, the only complain I have at all is that they do get stretched out over time, and wind up being a bit loose around my wrist (though they fit snugly at the beginning). I don't think there's anything Ownloop can do, but if they didn't stretch out, I'd give them a perfect 5 stars!

The first band I ordered was too small to even go over my hand. They immediately sent larger replacements. That one was so tight, it hurt getting it over my hand, and then was to bug in my wrist. I had to return.
The customer service is the greatest, I’m sorry the band didn’t work out, seem like a good idea.

This is the best (non Apple) solo loop knit band I have purchased and it is 1/3 of the cost of an Apple band.
I purchased lower priced ones but they ended up stretching out and I couldn’t use them anymore. So far, my favorite watch band!
