Yes, Standard Shipping is FREE within the US for orders over $35.00. For orders under $35.00, we charge $4.99.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships, and you can track it through the link in the email.

Returns
Yes! We have a 30-day, FREE Return Policy. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you set up with a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email with your order number to help@ownloop.com. If you're in the US, we'll send you a free pre-paid return label for you to send your order back to Ownloop.
We provide free return shipping for all US returns. You'll receive a pre-paid return label via email once your return is initiated.
Products
Our bands are compatible with all Apple Watch® models, including the new Apple Watch Series 10, Apple Watch SE, Apple Watch Herme`s and the Apple Watch Ultra / Ultra 2.
The Case Size is engraved on the back of your Apple Watch as part of the circular text. Feel free to reach out if you need help finding your Case Size.
All our bands are made with adapters specifically for the Apple Watch so you can swap them in and out in seconds. The Bella bands and the Titanium bands each come with a tool to add/remove links.
