US Customers
We have a 30-day, FREE return policy. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you set up with a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email with your order number to help@ownloop.com. We'll send you a pre-paid return label for you to send your order back to Ownloop.
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.
Returns must be postmarked no more than 30 days after delivery or 14 days after a pre-paid return label is provided, whichever is later. A return authorization is required to initiate a return. Any returns sent without a return authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
International Customers

Late or missing refunds
It may take up to 7 business days for your refund to reflect back on your original method of payment. If it's been longer than 7 business days and you haven’t received a refund yet, please reach out to help@ownloop.com with your order number.
