Orders usually ship within 24 hours after being placed, M-F. You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. All orders ship from either New York, Georgia, or California depending on your location and inventory levels.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Note: Processing time is not included in the 2-Day timeframe, so orders shipped via 2-Day Shipping will typically arrive in 2-3 days (up to 24 hours processing M-F + 2 days shipping).
2-Day Shipping is not currently available for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, or PO Boxes.

Currency Conversions (Non-US customers)
All items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout. Your bank or payment method determines the exact exchange rate, but it should match closely with the current rate. Ownloop is not responsible for any differences in exchange rate determined by your bank or payment method.
Incorrect Addresses & Order Changes
If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address or need to make changes to your order, please notify us as soon as possible with your order number at email@example.com. We will do our best to make the change prior to being shipped, but we unfortunately cannot make changes once your order has started the fulfillment process.
